You retain full ownership and intellectual property rights to scripts you create using our visual script builder. This includes:

  • The right to use your scripts on any FiveM server
  • The right to modify and distribute your scripts
  • The right to sell or license your scripts to others
  • The right to keep your scripts private or make them public

5.3 Script Marketplace Rights

If you choose to sell scripts through any marketplace or platform:

  • You are solely responsible for the quality and functionality of your scripts
  • You must ensure your scripts do not infringe on third-party intellectual property
  • You are responsible for providing support to your script purchasers
  • We are not liable for any disputes arising from script sales

5.4 Platform-Generated Code

The underlying code framework and templates provided by our visual script builder remain our intellectual property. However, the specific logic, configurations, and customizations you create are yours.

5.5 Script Content Guidelines

Scripts created using our platform must not:

  • Contain malicious code or security vulnerabilities
  • Attempt to exploit or hack FiveM servers or clients
  • Violate FiveM's terms of service or community guidelines
  • Infringe on copyrighted content or intellectual property
  • Enable or promote illegal activities

6. FiveM Server Management

6.1 Server Hosting and Management

Our platform provides tools to monitor, configure, and manage your FiveM servers. You acknowledge that:

  • You are responsible for your server's compliance with FiveM's terms of service
  • We do not host your actual game servers - we provide management tools only
  • Server performance depends on your hosting provider and configuration
  • We cannot guarantee compatibility with all FiveM server setups

6.2 Server Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all content, modifications, resources, and activities on servers managed through our platform. This includes ensuring your server content does not:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Contain discriminatory or harmful content
  • Promote illegal activities or behaviors

6.3 Community Guidelines

While we do not monitor server content, we expect users to maintain servers that align with community standards and legal requirements in their jurisdiction.

7. Data Handling and Privacy

7.1 Platform Data Collection

We collect and process data necessary to provide our services, including account information, server configurations, performance metrics, and usage analytics as described in our Privacy Policy.

7.2 Server Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of your server configurations, scripts, and related data. We access this data only to:

  • Provide the management services you've requested
  • Generate performance reports and analytics
  • Troubleshoot technical issues with your permission
  • Comply with legal obligations when required

7.3 Data Export and Portability

You can export your server configurations and scripts at any time through our platform. Upon account termination, you have 30 days to export your data before it may be deleted.

8. Subscription and Billing

10.3 Feedback and Suggestions

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide about our platform may be used by us without compensation or attribution to improve our services.

11. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

11.2 Limitation of Damages

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION:

  • Loss of server data or configurations
  • Business interruption or lost profits
  • Player disconnections or server downtime
  • Security breaches of your servers
  • Compatibility issues with third-party software

11.3 Maximum Liability

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

11.4 Third-Party Services

Our platform may integrate with third-party services (hosting providers, payment processors, etc.). We are not responsible for the availability, security, or functionality of these third-party services.

12. User Responsibilities and Indemnification

12.1 Your Responsibilities

You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for:

  • Your server's compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Maintaining appropriate backups of your server data
  • Managing your server's security and access controls
  • Monitoring your server's performance and resource usage
  • Resolving disputes with your server's players or users

12.2 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Veil Management System from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, your server operations, or your violation of these terms.

13. Account Termination

13.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Upon termination:

  • Your access to the platform will cease at the end of your current billing period
  • You will have 30 days to export your data
  • Your subscription will not auto-renew
  • No refunds will be provided for unused subscription time

13.2 Termination by Us

We may terminate your account immediately if you:

  • Violate these terms of service
  • Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
  • Abuse our platform or other users
  • Fail to pay subscription fees after reasonable notice

13.3 Data Retention After Termination

After account termination, we may retain your data for up to 30 days to allow for account reactivation. After this period, data may be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
