Terms of Service

Registration

You must provide a valid email address and accurate information when registering. You may not create accounts using false identities or on behalf of someone else without their authorization.

Security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your account. Notify us immediately at official@veilmgmt.com if you suspect unauthorized access. We are not liable for losses caused by unauthorized account use.

One account per person

You may not maintain multiple accounts. If we detect duplicate accounts, we may terminate the duplicates.

Age requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement.

You are the operator

You are solely responsible for your FiveM server's content, configuration, player management, and compliance with FiveM's terms of service and applicable laws. Veil provides tools — you make the decisions.

Player data

When you use veil-monitor, it collects player identifiers, session data, and other in-game information on your behalf. You are the data controller for your players' data. You are responsible for ensuring your server's data collection practices are disclosed to your players.

Anti-cheat

The anti-cheat system detects suspicious behavior based on configurable thresholds. False positives can occur. You are responsible for reviewing detections, managing bans fairly, and maintaining a working appeals process for your players.

No monitoring of content

We do not actively monitor the content of your server or the data flowing through your dashbaord. However, we reserve the right to terminate accounts operating servers that host clearly illegal content if reported to us.

Plans

We offer Starter, Professional, and Enterprise plans. Current pricing is listed at veilmgmt.com/billing. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.

Free trials

Starter plans include a 7-day free trial. Professional plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start a trial. If you add a payment method and do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged.

Billing cycle

Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly or annual basis depending on your selection. Annual plans are billed as a lump sum with a 20% discount applied.

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details. Failed payments result in a grace period before service suspension — we will notify you by email before any suspension occurs.

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time through your billing dashboard or via the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time, except where required by law.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds except where required by applicable consumer protection law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 30 days at official@veilmgmt.com.

Veil's property

The Veil platform, agent binary, veil-monitor resource, dashboard code, branding, and documentation are our exclusive intellectual property. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from any part of the Service.

Your data

You retain ownership of your server configurations, ban lists, and other data you input into the platform. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process and store this data to provide the Service.

Feedback

Any feedback or suggestions you provide may be used by us without obligation or compensation. You waive any rights to such feedback once submitted.

No warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of damages

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, OR PLAYERS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Cap on liability

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES YOU PAID TO US IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $50, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Third-party services

We integrate with third-party services (Stripe, Railway, Neon, Discord, etc.). We are not responsible for their availability, failures, or data practices.

By you

You may close your account at any time through your account settings. Your access continues through the end of your paid billing period. You have 30 days after cancellation to export your data before it is deleted.

By us

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in fraud or illegal activity, abuse our platform or staff, or fail to pay after reasonable notice.

Effect of termination

On termination, your access to the Service ends. We will delete your data after the 30-day export window expires, except where retention is required by law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. For users in jurisdictions with mandatory local consumer protections, those protections still apply.

Dispute resolution

We prefer to resolve disputes informally. Contact us at official@veilmgmt.com before initiating any formal proceeding. If informal resolution fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration, except for claims involving intellectual property or injunctive relief.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
